We have some exciting updates for you.  First of all, on behalf of all members of Midtown Kiwanis, we want to sincerely thank you for attending and/or sponsoring our 2024 Midtown Kiwanis Poker Tournament.  Without the support of each and every one of you (whether you sponsored a table, played in the event, came as a spectator or donated items to our raffle or blind auction), we couldn't have met our goal.

 

In total, the 2024 event raised over $24,000. This is enough to support Midtown Kiwanis for an entire year.  Already, $10,000 has been donated to the Leukemia Lymphoma Society, $2,000 to support the efforts of Rise Against Hunter, the Dictionary Project for 3rd graders in Wake County schools, and money has been set aside to run the next Boys & Girls Club Annual Midtown Kiwanis Kickball Tournament coming up in March 2026.  Throughout the year, Kiwanis will continue to support local schools and their leadership programs, and do great work in the local community including Salvation Army bell ringing, Lake Lynn trail cleanup, Note in the Pocket volunteering, etc.

  (Big ballroom + loading dock area—ideal for our crowd!)
